Deposit & Cancellation Rules – Off-Peak Periods:
Non-Promotional/ Non-Discounted Rates:
- A deposit equal to 1 Night’s accommodation is payable at time of booking. The balance is due on the day of arrival.
- The deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 2 days (48hr) prior to the booked arrival date.
- If the reservation is cancelled after this time or if the booking is a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
Promotional/ Discounted Rates:
- A deposit equal to 50% of the total booking cost is payable at time of booking. The balance is due on the day of arrival.
- The deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 2 days (48hr) prior to the booked arrival date.
- If the reservation is cancelled after this time or if the booking is a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

Applies to all bookings and rate types, including groups of more than 3 rooms:
- Full pre-payment is required at time of booking.
- The deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 14 days prior to the booked arrival date, or if the event the guest is attending is cancelled.
- If the reservation is cancelled after this time or if the booking is a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
